Let's Lock In Your Dream Date!
How do we secure our wedding date with you?
Once you've decided we're a perfect match (hooray!), the process is super quick and easy! Just send me your best email address, and I'll whip up two things: a booking contract for us both to sign and a simple invoice that you can pay securely online. As soon as I have the signed contract back and the deposit has been paid, consider that date officially locked in and all yours!
Is there a deposit to pay?
Yes! To secure your chosen date, each package requires a £100 deposit. It's non-refundable, as this is what holds your precious date on my calendar and turns away other inquiries.
What happens if we need to change our date?
Life happens! If you need to change your wedding date for any reason, don't panic. As long as I'm free on your new date, I'm happy to move your booking over completely free of charge. If you need to change it a second time, there will be a small admin fee of £50.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely! I've designed my 5 core packages to cover most couples' needs, but I know every wedding is unique. Every single package can be customised to perfectly fit your special day—whether you need a little more or a little less. Just send me a quick message with what you're dreaming of, and let's make it happen!
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner, the better! Most wonderful couples book me between 6 and 12 months before their wedding date. If you have a popular date (like a bank holiday or a Saturday in summer), getting in touch earlier is always a good idea!
You're Booked! Now What?
You can officially kick back and relax! The big things are sorted.
I'll be in touch a few weeks before the wedding with a questionnaire for you to fill out. This is where we nail down all the important final details like your family photo list, the timeline for the day, and any must-have special moments you want me to capture.
In the meantime, my inbox is always open for any questions you have. We can also meet up for a coffee or jump on a video call anytime to chat through things!
Receiving your GORGEOUS PHOTOS!
How many edited images will we receive?
You're going to get a beautiful selection! On average, it works out to about 50 images for every hour of coverage. But honestly, I send you all the best ones! If there are more lovely moments captured, they're yours. I never cap the gallery if the photos are good.
When can we expect to receive our final gallery?
Waiting is the hardest part, I know! I put a lot of care into editing, so here’s the expected timeline:
Peak Season (April–September): It takes about 3–4 weeks from your wedding day.
Off-Peak Season: You can expect them a little sooner, usually within 2–3 weeks.
How will we get our images?
You'll receive a link to a stunning online gallery! It's super secure and password protected. You can easily share this link and password with friends and family, and they can download any images they love directly from the gallery, too.
Do you offer extras like albums, prints, or engagement sessions?
Yes, I do! I love creating tangible keepsakes for you. Once you receive your gallery, you can order items directly from the gallery shop!

mY EDITING STYLE & THE TECHNICAL BITS
What kind of editing/retouching do you do?
I focus on making your photos look their absolute best! My editing includes enhancing the images by carefully adjusting things like colours, lighting, and tones. I will also edit out temporary things like a spot, a small cut, or a cold sore. However, I don't edit or change body shapes, as I believe in celebrating your beautiful, authentic self!
Do you provide the Raw images?
No, I don't. Think of the Raw files as half-baked cookies! The final, edited JPEGs are my finished product and signature style, so those are the only files I provide.
